Dixa, a customer service platform which helps
brands build stronger relationships with their customers to
deliver a better experience, by unifying all the customer
communication channels and data into one platform. Many of their
customers have seen a massive increase in customer traffic and,
at the same time, all of their customer’s customer services
people are working remotely. This combination puts Dixa’s
customers under a lot of stress.
