203 A Look Inside @Blackatprivateschool | Aja Moore-Ramos

Imagine being voiceless and then one day an Instagram account
amplifies your story. Then your story and others like you become
the catalyst for the biggest DEIB evolution in the history of
independent schools.


Black at Private School was created to support Black Students,
Faculty/Staff members, Parents, and Alumni of Private Schools.
Its aim is to make all of our educational institutions equitable
and inclusive.


While only in operation for a little over a year, the
organization has already made a lasting impact in the education
space and have no plans of slowing down. Co-founder Aja
Moore-Ramos revisits her team's rapid growth over the last year,
the partnerships they've formed, and their vision for the future.
