Gina and Sam continues its conversation with Dr. Hope Rias and
dig deep into what schools and educators can do to reduce faculty
of color turnover.





Hope Rias, Ph.D. is an anti-racist educator and author who
teaches History at Siena College. In 2019, she published, St.
Louis School Desegregation: Patterns of Progress and Peril and
continues to research this subject today. She holds degrees from
Spelman College, Brown University, and Indiana University and is
a St. Louis Missouri native.
