Colby Armstrong played professional hockey for 13 years,
including NHL stops in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Toronto and Montreal
after being a first round selection of the Penguins in
2001.  He brought grit and enthusiasm to every team he was
on.  One of those glue guys, who was great in the dressing
room.  He also did his share of winning.  Armstrong won
a gold medial with Canada at the 2007 World Championships and a
Memorial Cup Championship with the Red Deer Rebels of the WHL in
2001.


Since retiring from hockey in 2014, Armstrong turned to a career
in media.  He has been a regular on Rogers Sportsnet with
their NHL and CHL coverage.  He also works on the Pittsburgh
Penguins television and radio networks.
