Randy Gregg played 10 seasons in the National Hockey League,
mostly with the Edmonton Oilers where he won 5 Stanley Cups.
Randy didn’t take the regular path to the National Hockey League,
he played Canadian University hockey with the University of
Alberta before taking part with the Canadian National Team and
participating in the 1980 Olympics. He then went on to play
in Japan for two seasons before signing with the Oilers. He
even took a break from the Oilers to play with Canada again at
the 1988 Olympics.
After hockey, Randy completed his residency program at the
University of Alberta, and has been a physician at the Edmonton
Sports Institute. He’s also involved with the ownership
with the Edmonton Riverhawks of the West Coast (Baseball) League,
that will play at ReMax Field.
