Jared Thatcher is a Lean Transformation business consultant.
 He is currently a continuous process improvement program
manager at the Port of Seattle. He’s also on the advisory board
of the Design Thinking program at the Tambolo Institute at
Bellevue College. Jared is the founder of the Virtual Lean
Summit, an online event helping leaders build problem discovery
and solving skills.
