Nick is the founder of Hifluence, a consulting firm that helps
organizations rethink the way they are structured to liberate the

Nick is also a guest lecturer at the University of Antwerp and
Antwerp Management School.


Before joining Hifluence as a partner, Thomas was the CEO of
Belgium’s leading sugar producer, Sucre Tirlemont, a company with
over 1000 people.
