Wall exercises that will give your body a full workout in 9
minutes!


YES!! If you have bad knees you can do this too. Your
modification is using a stool or edge of a chair; a hard surface.


1. Wall sits with "Rockette" kicks.


Get into a sitting position on the wall.

Hold for 30 seconds. Be sure to zip up your ads. Tuck your
pelvis under.

Stablize yourself and do alternating leg lifts.

Continue for 30 seconds.



2. Wall push-ups


Keep hands shoulder width a part.

The greater the diagonal, the higher the intensity.

Slow and steady for 1 minute.



3. Wall crunches


Get back into a 90* sitting angle. If you are a beginner, sit
higher up on the wall.

Zip up your abs. Tuck your pelvis under.

Hold for 1 minute.



Repeat for 2 more sets. You are on your way to a well-focused,
energy making, loving woman!!


Be sure to consult your physician or medical provider before
beginning any fitness or diet program.
