What were you doing one year ago today? Are the goals you have
now the same ones you had back then?
What is it that we allow ourselves excuses, but keep reaching for
the same goals. How to stop the vicious cycle? Life is about the
journey. This is a marathon. You are training for life. Why not
love your journey.

Look at your excuses. Are you having the same attitude with your
goals? Are you having the same approach to reaching your goals.
