on to lose weight? To help lose weight faster, when do I drink
water? If you have a big lunch, what do you eat for dinner? Don't
skip dinner just because you had a big lunch. Simply eat a lean
protein, and good vegetables. It doesn't have to be A LOT of food;
just enough to feed the body on a schedule. How long does it take
to feel full? Will keeping a food diary really help me? What carbs
can I eat to lose weight? What can I eat with NO limitations? I
love fatty foods, ice cream, chocolate, sweets. Do I have to get
rid of it all? How important is sleep?
