What are your limitations? You know, your physical strength; how
much you can eat; how much sleep you need or not need. How much
can you multi-task, or like Chalene Johnson says "toggle" back
and forth. Regardless of the teeter toter, what are your
limitations?


Limitations are restraining, restrictive. They can hold you back.


Limitations can be our excuses. They can also keep us within our
comfort zone. The question is, how do you use your limitations?
