Have you ever wondered how long you will live? Only 20 percent of
how long we live is dictated by genetics. You should be
ecstatic!!

Dan Buettner, explorer, National Geographic Fellow and author of
the book "The Blue Zones Solutions: Eating & Living Like the
World's Healthiest People, have studied those people who live to
100 years old...the centurians. He found that they walk 6-10
miles a day (this group in Italy). They have natural movement all
day long. 


One thing he discovered was that no matter who these people were,
they had a strong "spirit", something more than just living. A
deeper belief to life.


How can you live life well? Here are a few suggestions.



Use cinnamon in your drinks. Cook with it. Yummy!

Eat more colorful foods like dark blues or purples
(blueberries, black berries)

Have a "sprinkle" of nuts

Get more sleep (just the amount for YOUR body)
