working? When is the time that you work best with little to no
interruptions? BOUNDARIES - Set up boundaries for
you. How often do you check your email? How quick do you respond to
texts that really are not pressing. NO with LOVE -
Learn to say no with love. Give yourself opportunities to breathe
prior to commiting to everyone else's priorities.
JUGGLE - Create flexibility and freedom. As a
woman, and mother, it's important to learn the art of
juggling.
