what you don't or won't acknowledge. The first food to be taking
you already have...it's free! DRINK WATER. (How much? Be sure to
listen the podcast.) Take your smacky snacky foods and infuse with
REAL foods. Make a small shift. Convenience to benefits. REPLACE
ONE of your bigger meals a day with REAL foods. Lunch or Dinner.
ADD other meals as you continue to meal prep & plan.
