When you try any exercise for the first time, try to figure out a
fun way to do any mental or physical exercise so you can stick with
it. Make it fun, change it constantly because when you make
something fun, you would enjoy doing it, and when you enjoy doing
something you most likely to stick with it and becomes a new
positive habit for life. Sometimes we don't understand things, we
don't understand why things happen and we just accept them just the
way they are. That's fine if you would like to live your life
without intention without purpose without being mindful. But I know
you; you have purpose, you have intentions and you ask lots of
questions. Today, I would like you to question everything, to set
your intention for the day and for every day thereafter. I would
like you to know and believe in yourself. You have purpose, you do
