Episode 31 - Running Remote In A Bear Suit With Matt Barnett of Bonjoro

Joining me for this podcast episode is founder, or Papa Bear, of
Bonjoro - Matt Barnett!


As usual, we covered a lot of ground in this discussion but it
did center around remote teams with the ups and downs that come
with a truly worldwide operation.


Matt and his team are located in Australia, London, the
Philippines, the United States, and other locations - he’s
learned both the good and bad that can come from this type of
setup.


Even better, he shared with us exactly what issues they’ve faced
and some of the ways they’ve overcome problems like personal
conflict, hiring, and “all hands” meetings.


We not only talked teams and remote management, but also dove
into automation, tools, and routines.
