will send out danger/panic signal. During stress we are often
unaware that we are not taking in full breaths.  
2)    FOCUS! On creating feelings that make you feel
good   3)    LAUGH! Laughter is healing and
powerful medicine. Laugh often and vibrate higher  
4)    NOURISH Plant based, whole foods will support
brain & body wellness-which will create sense of calm and inner
love.   5)    MOVE YOUR BODY This will have

POSITIVE Focus creates reality. What you think you create. Be
