KGS02 | Are You Quantified To Lead with Kingsley Grant

Ask almost every leader whether or not they are qualified to lead
and the answer will be "of course!" It will almost always be in a
defensive manner. I get it why they would almost feel offended if
asked.


But what about quantified?


This would immediately have them think, like you might be
thinking, that there was a mistake made in using the word
quantified, thinking it should be qualified.


In this episode I made the case for quantified leadership rather
than qualified leadership.
