KGS12 Transformational Leadership Increases Productivity and Profitability with Kingsley Grant

 Transformational leaders have an advantage over other types
of leaders. They do so simply by their ability to educate,
inform, and inspire. Not every leader is able to do this.


Research bears this out.


Researchers Ken W. Perry & Alan Bryman (2006) had this to say
about transformational leaders: “The transforming leader raises
the aspirations of his or her followers such that the leader’s
and the follower’s aspirations are fused.” 


Other researchers such as Dasborough and Ashkanasy (2002) also
had this to say: Transformational leaders “feel strongly
affiliated with the leader and have an unquestionable willingness
to obey their leader’s instructions.”
