Mentorship. Hmm. Is that something I do or is it something that I
need to have someone do for me - mentor me?
This concept has been around for a long time even before it was
given this label. If we look back over our lives, we probably
were being mentored and have mentored others and didn't realize
that we were doing so.
On the other hand, we've heard stories of or have had an
experience where mentoring didn't end up having a positive
outcome.
In this episode, you'll hear both sides of mentoring especially
when insecurity become part of the equation.
