How do you upgrade your emotional intelligence? What does it even
mean upgrading one's emotional intelligence?


I recently went to one of my favorite fast-food joint ...
Chic-Fil-A. At the register, the attendant asked me if I wanted
to upgrade my order to a large from a medium. I politely said no.
A medium will suffice.


I did that simply from a "watching my diet" standpoint. It was
beneficial for me to say no. However, it isn't beneficial for me
to say no to upgrading my EQ.
