There are times when we must disagree with even the most
articulate, knowledgeable, charismatic expert. Why? They are not
God. They are not all-knowing and can make mistakes, which even
includes the Pope.


I personally don't want everyone to agree with me and neither
should you.


Simon Sinek is seen as an elite expert in the areas of leadership
and social matters. He has a very large fan base, which he has
earned and rightly so. I'm one of them.


However, he recently made a statement on leadership that I had to
take an issue with.
