What is constructive about it?


I cannot recall a time when someone said they were giving me
constructive criticism where it ever felt constructive.
Sometimes, in the end, it was helpful but it just didn't feel
that way at the beginning.


I would immediately brace myself for what was coming.


What if we could find a better way of phrasing what we do instead
of constructive criticism?
