"A smile spurs a chemical reaction in the brain, releasing
certain hormones including dopamine and serotonin. Dopamine
increases our feelings of happiness. Serotonin release is
associated with reduced stress. Low levels of serotonin are
associated with depression and aggression,” says Dr. Gupta.

Imagine you as a leader, not smiling. What do you think the mood
of the environment will be? What do you think will be projected
onto your team members?

Lastly, what are the chances you will succeed with your team?

Your answer to the last question should be zero.

In this episode, you'll discover the tie-in with a lack of smile
and leadership success.
