+++ IT'S NOT ALL THEIR FAULT +++

What would happen if people who are part of a system - family,
work, sport, etc, share the blame when something goes wrong even
if they were not the main person responsible?

It's so easy to quickly point the finger and come down on someone
when something goes wrong.

And it's amazing how quickly some of these same people take
credit when things go right. They are willing to share even when
they didn't have a direct input in the outcome.

This happens a lot in the workplace.

Leaders are quick to take credit for the success of the company
or department, but are just as quick to lay the blame for things
going "wrong" at the feet of others.

Fully blaming someone for not performing up to par is not what
Emotelligent leaders do.
