Who is keeping score?


This statement have different meanings. 


In relationships, there is someone who is constantly keeping
score to make sure their is fairness. It's their way of building
up their arsenal for a later time.


In a game, it is used to make sure everyone knows the outcome.
Winners love to point to the scorecards. Not so much for
losers.


But scorecard is also used in the area of leadership. Someone is
keeping score on how you are performing.


The question is, how well are you scoring? Do you know?
