When most people hear the phrase D-Day, they generally think of
it being a war-associated phrase. I'm one of those.


But to some people, it may mean something else.


What does it mean to you?


Another way some have thought about it is that it's decision day.


I have used the decision-day more often than that of the
war-association.


However, it could mean a number of other things.


In this episode, it means a personality style known as
Dominant. It is based upon the universally known DiSC assessment.
