+++ IT'S TOUGH +++
Do you recall the toughest decision you ever had to make? How did
it go? Did it work out as you hoped?
Making decisions can sometimes be tough and tricky.
You just don't know how it will end up. This is especially true
when dealing with other people whom you have no control over.
They might not react to your decision as you hope they
would.
Decision making can be nerve-racking for some people.
They are just not good at making decisions much less tough
ones.
The decision-making process becomes more complicated during times
of high stress or during times of crisis.
In this episode, cardiologist Dr. Anuj Shah shares how to
make tough decisions framed by empathy and how it is also good
for the "heart."
