Becoming, with Paul Hume

In this episode, Toria talks to Paul about ‘Becoming’ : a
teacher, and a leader. Paul is a teacher of 13 years and has
since taken on the role of Deputy Head in his recent school. He
tells the story of becoming the teacher, and leader, he is today,
from the inspiration he took from his school years, and from his
interesting journey through a variety of jobs!  He reflects
on how the knocks and obstacles he faced shaped him. You can find
