'You Absolutely Can!' with Stuart Mycroft

In this episode, Toria talks to Stuart Mycroft about his journey
to leadership, doing his best to lead with kindness and the
importance of reflection. After starting as a TA at 17, Stuart
set himself the goal of being a Headteacher before he was 40. He
worked his way through a variety of roles in Primary Schools
across the North West and in April 2021, at age 37, was appointed
as Headteacher of a two school Federation (Castleway Primary
School and Leasowe Nursery School) on the Wirral. 

Stuart is passionate about empowering others and ensuring that he
passes on the message 'you absolutely can'! By the end of this
episode you will be standing taller and shouting 'I absolutely
can'!
