Positivity, Resilience and Embracing Change with Fabian Darku

In this episode Toria talks to Fabian Darku about positivity,
resilience and embracing change. Fabian is a Further Education
Lecturer in Sport (Hertfordshire) and am an avid blogger and
writer. (RiSE magazine, Nexus Education, @teachertoolkit, FE
Jobs, TES). 

They discuss reflective practice and the models Fabian has
created with the aim of improving teaching and learning. They
also discuss his love of education and how he has learnt so much
by tuning into radio stations such as TeacherHugRadio.

Fabian has been working in the school environment since 2008
where he was initially a Cover Supervisor and then qualified as a
PE Teacher the following year. He has worked in both Secondary
and Further Education ever since.
