LGBTQIA+ part 2 with Ian Timbrell

In the second part of LGBTQIA+, Toria talks to Ian Timbrell about
some of the issues facing our LGBTQIA+ young people today and how
we can support them in school, including advice on how to support
pupils coming out as LGBTQIA+ and what to do if a pupil asks to
change their pronouns.

Ian has been a teacher for 15 years and a deputy head teacher for
5 years, in which time he has worked as an advisor and supported
schools across South Wales. Since the last podcast, he has
announced his move to education consultancy, and will be
launching Timbrell Education in January 2023, where he will share
his passion for equality and support schools with RSE, diversity,
and developing a literacy curriculum.
