In this episode, Toria talks to Matt (a fellow coach) about the
importance of knowing who we are as educationalists. All too
often, our focus is on others and we can lose sight of ourself,
our values and our beliefs. They discuss the power of
coaching and who knowing who we are can ripple out positively
into our classrooms, schools and beyond.
Matt is now a qualified Level 7 leadership, executive and
wellbeing coach and offers bespoke coaching, leadership
development, training, facilitation and MBTI for schools, not for
profit sector and learning focused organisations. He works
extensively with school leaders across the UK though 1:1
coaching, action learning and leadership development. He has
significant leadership experience coupled with experience in
international education development. Through his coaching and
development company, he also offers support to schools and
organisations looking to develop and secure authentic coaching
cultures. Connect with Matt here
