In this episode, Toria talks to Caitlin about how as teachers we
are all different and that it is in celebrating and embracing
these differences that our profession gets stronger. Allowing our
true selves to be seen and heard supports good mental health.
They discuss  introverts and extroverts, neurotypical and
neurodiverse and so much more. They didn't come up with a title
though so if you have a better title than the current one, just
email Toria.

Caitlin is a 'newish' teacher who teaches in year 1. She has been
recently diagnosed with autism and talked about the challenges
she faced becoming a teacher in an earlier episode that she did
with Toria in 2020

Caitlin wrote the Kintsugi chapter in the Tiny Voices Talk book
and is keen that all teachers and pupils learn to be who they are
and not who they think they should be. You can find Caitlin on
Twitter.
