This week Scott welcomes the guys from Actus Reus to Good
Company. Actus Reus was formed in Buford, GA in 2017. Since then,
they've released several singles as well as the 2019 EP
'Vengeance.' Their latest single 'Thoughts Revoked' was released
in September 2021.


In this discussion, the band tells Scott the full story of how
Actus Reus came to be as well as their songwriting process. They
also talk about their musical influences including Korn, Tool,
Gojira, and more. 


They also share the story of how another band used their name to
release a pretty darkly-titled song. On a more positive note,
they share the stories behind the making of their
previously-released singles.
