Alright, it’s time! This is my very first solo episode.


I’m going to start to have more solo episodes to talk about
topics I believe are relevant to helping you becoming your best
self, specifically in your health and fitness.


I’m still going to have some interviews of great guests, as well,
but I want to continue to deliver more value to you so you know
exactly what you need to do build and sustain success in your
life.


And today, I’m going to talk about a very important topic.We
often hear about all these different diets that work for
different people, and the fact of the matter is a lot of them
work


But WHY do they work for some people and not others?


Now, certainly there’s a lot to be said about strategy and
context.


However, that’s beyond the scope of what I’m talking about today.


Today, I’m simply talking about the diet-ers themselves.


Why are some people successful and others aren’t?


What specific habits and routines do the people who have success
in their diets follow?


This is stuff that really matters.


You can’t just talk about strategy and not about habits and
mindset.


Habits and mindset are what DRIVE RESULTS.


I see this all the time with the clients I coach, and it’s
something that I always talk to each person I work with about.


Today, I’m talking about five of them - five habits you MUST have
if you want to become a HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL diet-er - whether
you’re aiming to lose fat, build muscle or boost
performance.
