Coleen Greco had been an athlete her whole life.
But after experiencing a family trauma, she turned to food as a
coping mechanism and gained 52 pounds in just 3-4 months.
So Coleen sought help to get the weight off and improve her
habits.
A coach helped her lose some weight, but she felt she needed to
learn the mindset and habits to uncover long-term, sustainable
weight loss and health.
So through her own journey of self-discovery, Coleen created the
SNAP method, and started coaching others the same way she coached
herself.
Now, she’s a fitness coach and motivational speaker, inspiring
others to live their best lives.
