EP4: Girlfriends are the Bomb

I recorded this episode after a ridiculously fun and
soul-filling weekend with my friends.


I was reminded of the unbelievable beauty and power of women
who fully see you, get you (all of you), support you (no matter
what), love you (even when you F up), champion you (always),
laugh with you (til you pee, literally), and cry with you (big
snotty sobs).


And I just knew I had to share these thoughts with you while it
was fresh and big and super present for me.


I’m always talking about relationships, building community, and
being real in all of my coaching, talks, and in the book.
 


But today’s show is specifically about how to make amazing
friends, and get more real and connected with the ones you
already have.
