understatement. The arrival of COVID-19 put the restaurant
industry on uncertain footing. That uncertainty is reflected in

All the way back to January 2020, when we sat down with Brenner
Pass co-owner James Kohler to learn about his accession from
Richmond dishwasher to partner at one of the city's top
restaurants.

Roberts-Thomas about her fight to stay open during COVID and her
recent appearance in "Chopped."
