Episode 17: No Doubt, "Tragic Kingdom"

For a band like No Doubt to break through in the early '90s,
playing unapologetic, sunny ska at a time where everyone just
wanted to wear flannel and be angsty, was difficult. But by the
time "Tragic Kingdom" came around, grunge was on its way out, and
the masses were ready for something new. We'll go into the
history of No Doubt, Gwen's entire solo career up to today, and
where inspiration came from on songs like "Just A Girl,"
"Spiderwebs," and "Don't Speak."
