31. Interviewing 101 | Our Process For Hiring Top Talent

When looking for ways to improve your hiring process, the
interview portion is so key for capturing insight into top
talent. Virtual interviews also mean it's that much harder to
pick up on someone's vibes, social cues or demeanor when they
don't have a screen (or script!) in front of them. So what do we
do?


We use a hybrid approach where we start with a casual phone
call/coffee chat before moving into more hard skill-focused
assessments and cases where we look for star Client Account
Manager qualities. It's all about doing a gut-check and gathering
as much insight to a candidate as you can before signing them on
as your next unicorn
