“Our ethos has always been to prove that you can be successful by
treating people like decent human beings and while connecting on
values. Treat people how you would expect to be treated, be fair,
and treat your hires as adults. Give people enough space to grow
and develop and do the job as you would hope them to do it.”


There’s so much to be said about how businesses bring respect,
authenticity, accountability, and honesty to their teams. And
Matt (and his wonderful wife Kate!) have done an outstanding job
