Happy Wine Wednesday! Candi is back and we are unpacking the
pilot episode of one of my favorite series of all time - The
Tudors. 

Y'all know how I love a period piece, so there are some fun
historical facts sprinkled throughout the episode.  Special
shoutout to Alison Weir - my go to author for all things Tudor
dynasty.  You can find all of her work here.

Candi and I  share impressions of the pilot as an
introduction to the series, the brilliance of Jonathan Rhys
Meyers as Henry VIII, and we demand justice for the many, many
women who had the misfortune of being married to Henry.
