Episode 6: I am a witness... (with Roen Higgins)

This week, Yolande is joined by the founder of The Elevated
Creative, Roen Higgins. After a powerful performance of her
spoken word piece 'I am a witness...', Roen joins Yolande in
discussing the effects of being a witness during this period in
history. Roen encourages listeners to tap into their creativity
as a way to process their feelings and to cope. She also
highlights for listeners that their creativity can not only help
in their wellness, but can also serve as a tool for social change
to shift perspectives.
