Any entrepreneur looks up to certain leaders. We gravitate
towards leadership yet, we all struggle in putting our finger on
what it means to be a good leader. We tend to emulate rather than
bringing our own flavour to leadership. While there are certain
qualities that may be easier to identify, there is a skill that a
lot of us tend to forget: being the kind of leader that is
aligned with the kind of person we are.


Showing up as a leader means showing up as who you are, not as
someone else. Only by being yourself, can you truly lead.
