Erin Hanson: Artist and Gallery Owner - Epi. 326, Host Dr. Mark Sublette

I had Erin Hanson on today. She's such an interesting person
because she’s a terrific artist. I love her artwork, and I show
it in my gallery. Erin is also a great businessperson and she's
an innovator in the art space.


Today we focused in on this process of 3D printing that she does
with her paintings. She’s really one of the only people that’s
doing such a thing. Understandably it’s expensive, costing
upwards of half a million dollars just to get the machines, not
to mention the specialized highly skilled individuals required to
do this process.


Erin has also amassed a huge social media presence and she's done
it organically, which is not an easy task. I think her Instagram
is at 300k followers at the time of posting. 


So I hope you enjoy this. I think it's a very good, podcast for
artists to learn and to see something new and interesting that
really only Erin Hanson is doing.
