I won't make you quit your job

In this week's episode, I talk about a conversation with a
friend.

We were having a conversation and talking about what I've been
doing in terms of coaching, the content I've been sharing., and
that I'm looking to do more speaking events.

And they said I wouldn't want you speaking in my
organisation.

I laughed!

They meant it in the nicest possible way. And it was a little bit
tongue in cheek. But the general gist was that everybody would
want to leave if I spoke at their organisation and to their
team.

For the record, I won't make you quit; that's not what I
do.
