How would you feel if I called you a quitter?

Would it anger you? Upset you? Would you want to argue with me
and punch me in the face?

Quitting, being seen to quit, can bring up feelings of hurt,
shame and embarrassment.

Why?

Because we're often told that quitting is bad, and quit is
treated as if it's a dirty word.

The prevailing narrative is that you keep pushing forward no
matter what. You stay in your lane, focus on one thing, and be
willing to risk everything to complete what you committed
to.

But is that helpful?

In this week's episode, I share:

- how I got comfortable with quitting;

- the two key reasons for quitting and the importance of knowing
which one applies to you; and

- why quitting is sometimes the best thing for you.
