Jesus is our Lifeline Through Life and Death

Upon conception the gift of life is in order. But, how long will we
live? These past few months, I have been to more funeral/memorial
services than I care to count. My family members, friends and
colleagues are dying! In the midst of it all, I asked this
question, "How is it that my 97 year old aunt is still living and
my cousin's daughter who was age 35 died?" After much sadness,
weeping and prayer, I landed on my feet, standing firmly on my
biblical foundation and the promises of God. There is comfort in
knowing that when we go home to be with the Lord our work is
complete. "The Lord is my light and my salvation whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid?"
Psalm 27:1 (NIV) God knows the exact day and hour He will call His
children home. It's not an hour too soon nor a day too late. Join
