Jehovah Rapha means the Lord heals physical and emotional needs. We
often pray for physical healing, but our healing should be
holistic, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Jesus did it all during His public ministry. And, the Holy
Spirit was at work in and through the apostles, performing His
ministry of glorifying Jesus Christ. Peter was told to heal a
lame man lying at the Beautiful Gate. Acts 3:6 (NIV) says, "Then
Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I
give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of
Nazareth, walk.” The beggar was completely
healed. Join us Tuesday, April 19, at 3:30 PM, PT, as
we discuss the power of the name of Jesus, with our guest Dr.
Michael Ley, DMin, ThD. Dr. Ley retired from the
King County Department of Corrections, after serving 35-plus years
as an Officer. He is a well-known teacher at the Bishop A. L. Hardy
Academy of Theology, and founder and president of New Beginnings
Bible Ministries. Within our local Christian communities,
Dr. Ley is recognized as the epitome of a
servant-leader. Call in to speak with the host (646) 668-2946
